Strep Throat often comes with a burning pain of a sore throat that makes life completely miserable. It is a painful respiratory condition that makes everyday tasks like eating, drinking, swallowing, and sleeping seem very challenging.
The throat infection is caused by a bacteria called group A streptococcus or Streptococcus pyogenes, which can seed the nose and throat. The bacteria spread from close contact with saliva. This bacterial infection can only be diagnosed with throat swap test.

1. Raw Honey
Raw honey is a popular food item that helps increase the levels of antioxidants in the body.
According to research published in the Asian Journal of Tropical Biomedicine, it was found that antibacterial healing properties and thick consistency help create a protective barrier in the body that prevents infection.

Peppermint oil can be consumed with a glass of water or tea every day. 1-2 drops in your beverage of choice will do the desired trick of healing a strep throat.

8. Elderberry

Research found Elderberry to be very useful in healing respiratory disorders caused by virus on a flight. The research stated that they found travelers who used Elderberry after long flights were less prone to virus and bacteria on long flights.

10. Vitamin C

11. Vitamin D
