There was a time when asking the wrong question could cost you everything, your status, your freedom, even your life. And yet, those questions didn’t destroy civilization. They built it.
Galileo Galilei, in the early 1600s, turned a telescope toward the heavens and saw something no one wanted to believe: that Earth was not the center of the universe. The Church didn’t just disagree; they punished him. Tried him for heresy and silenced him. But why silence a man unless his question threatens something fragile?
Louis Pasteur, mocked for believing that invisible microbes could cause disease, continued to ask questions and test. Eventually, his Germ Theory reshaped modern medicine.
Albert Einstein, working in a patent office, challenged the most trusted physical laws of his time. He had no elite credentials, only curiosity and courage. Yet he altered humanity’s understanding of time itself.
Socrates wandered the streets of Athens, not offering conclusions, but offering questions. “What is justice?” “What is truth?” “What do you really know?” He exposed contradictions. Not to humiliate, but to liberate. And yet, the people in power saw this not as wisdom, but as a threat and made him drink poison. Why would a society kill the man who only asked it to think?
These weren’t rebels. They were thinkers. And they changed the world not by repeating what they were told, but by challenging what everyone else accepted as truth-what they called ‘the science’.
Since COVID-19, there has been a significant shift. In the era of peer-reviewed consensus, satellite surveillance, and instant access to data, one question begs to be asked: Is it safe to question the consensus?
Because isn’t that how progress and evolution continue? History has clearly shown us how we’ve evolved, but why are we so quick to forget this?
If history celebrates those who questioned old ideas and moved humanity forward, why do we now shame and silence those who question current narratives?
And why does that condemnation seem sharpest when the topic turns to vaccines?
We now live in a culture where asking the wrong question doesn’t get you jailed, but it might get you banned, fired, or smeared. It’s no longer physical punishment. It’s a reputational exile. And nowhere is this more apparent than in the conversation around vaccines.

There’s a growing gap in how we approach health today, one that most people don’t even realize exists.
On one side is a path that leads to resilience: a lifestyle of intentional choices, aligned with the body’s natural intelligence. This path supports vitality by working with your biology, not against it. It’s not about being perfect—it’s about being rooted. Rooted in practices that keep you grounded, adaptive, and well.
On the other side is a path that seems safer, easier, and more familiar, but ultimately creates fragility, dis-ease, and years of suffering. It relies on short-term fixes, fears symptoms, and hands authority over to systems that do not know your body the way you do.
We call these two paths Proactive Living and Reactive Living.
And only one of them builds the kind of long-term health, freedom, and vitality that human beings were truly designed for.
Most people don’t choose to live reactively on purpose. It often comes from a place of good intentions; a desire to avoid getting sick, feel better quickly, or follow what “trusted” voices are saying. But reactive living is built on surface-level thinking. It prioritizes symptom relief over long-term root-cause resolution. It trades long-term resilience for the illusion of control.
It’s an approach that often looks like this:
Relying on quick fixes and over-the-counter medications at the first sign of discomfort—treating the body’s messages as problems, rather than signals.
Avoiding natural stressors like sun, cold, exercise, or microbial exposure—forgetting that these are actually what the body needs to strengthen.
Over-sanitizing, over-supplementing, and over-avoiding, in an effort to eliminate all risk, while weakening the body’s natural ability to adapt and defend.
Outsourcing health decisions entirely, believing that someone “out there” must know better, without learning how to listen to your body or trust your own experience.
It feels like protection. But over time, it creates dependency, disconnection, and fragility.
The result? A less resilient body, a more anxious mind, and a growing need for external interventions just to feel “okay.”

Our holistic biological health coaches have a deep understanding of advanced functional testing and genetics testing, along with much experience in complex cases.
Our biological coaching team works with you to empower and teach you how to understand and interpret your lab results, what your results mean, how they are connected to your health conditions or symptoms, and most importantly, what to do with the information, how to put protocols together based on your lab results, and when to reorder your various labs to track progress.

Get help from our functional nutrition coaches who understand that there is no ONE diet that is right for everyone. Our nutrition coaches work hand in hand with our biological coaches so if you need any lab work done or specific protocols that would require supplement protocols, you have a team working on your behalf and your nutrition coach would make recommendations for which other team coaches would be able to help you.
Your coaches will teach and empower you to learn how to determine and navigate your diet modifications which are decided based on your extensive intake forms, history, and your lab data that your coaches may want to order for you. Based on all of this information, they will teach you what foods to eat and not eat according to various conditions and why.
Your functional nutrition coach will help you learn what substitutes you can use when there are certain foods you may need to stop eating for a period of time, how to put your meals together based on your dietary needs per your lab data, how and when to incorporate gut repair protocols, and what lifestyle modifications you want to address based on your labs and your health conditions.
Nutritional coaching can be a great tool by itself or combined with coaching from our biological coaches. You can schedule with either our biological or nutrition coaches and they can help you get started and make recommendations as needed.

Breathwork is more than just a simple exercise of intentional breathing. Specialized breathwork techniques are used to facilitate major transformation and healing by encompassing a wide range of therapeutic practices that are extremely powerful in providing immediate relief for pulling people out of fight or flight (the amygdala hijack we teach about in Part 2 of our Mastering Trauma Masterclass).
This vagus nerve activation through breath work activates the rest/digest (parasympathetic nervous system), stimulates healing, reduces blood pressure, reduces the cortisol stress response, regulates hormone and blood glucose activity, and heart rate variability (the biological stress response). It rewires the body for self-regulation of the nervous system in a manner that optimizes the body and creates resilience in times of stress.
Yoga breath therapy allows you to disconnect from the mind chatter, mind racing, and negative self-talk and reconnect with your body your energy. From this elevated state of awareness, you are able to facilitate healing, growth, and expansion. And if you are looking for some expansion of your body/mind/spirit awareness, then this type of breathwork can be nourishing and can facilitate the next layer of peace, love, gratitude, connection, clarity, and insights.
