Licorice Extract
People with Chronic fatigue syndrome often struggle with low blood pressure. For those who do have CFS related issues only related to blood pressure, Licorice can be a great herb to support normal blood pressure. Between 250 mg and 500 mg of licorice extract can often help support normal blood pressure.
Ginseng
Ginseng is a considered to be a tonic herb, and rightfully so. Ginseng shows excellent results in people with mild fatigue. One study, conducted among people with chronic fatigue syndrome showed that people who consumed ginseng daily for four months reported less fatigue than those who consumed a placebo.
